During last nights (this mornings) Playstation E3 Media Briefing, Sony confirmed the exact technical details of the PS4, along with a confirmed price and release window.
According to Sony, the PS4 will be released ‘this holiday’, which suggests a November to December release window, with a price tag of $399 / €399 and £349, which is a whole $100 / €100 / £80 cheaper than the Xbox One. The PS4 console will come bundled with a PS Eye and PS4 Controller and the console specifications are as follows:

Futhermore the PS4 will be Region Free and will not feature any DRM (Digital Rights Management) on discs, so games can be traded and sold to retailers as well as swapped with friends with no added costs involved, which was a big joy for eager playstation fans.
The PS4 will be released within the UK, Europe and America later this year.
