Capcom have today confirmed that Resident Evil: Revelations, the popular Nintendo 3DS Exclusive, will be making its way to home consoles later this year.
According to Capcom, Resident Evil: Revelations will be released as a ‘Physical’ Retail release for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii U and PC – with the game also being made available digitally from the Playstation Network Store & PC Download Stores for €49.99 / £39.99.
Unlike the 3DS Version, this home console counter-part will feature updated High Definition visuals, improved audio and lighting effects as well as some brand new gameplay features. These new features will include a higher gameplay difficulty option as well as new playable characters in the game’s RAID mode, including everyones favourite HUNK.
For those interested this particular survival horror title takes players back to the events that took place between Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, whereby it reveals the truth about the T-Abyss virus.
Resident Evil: Revelations will be released as ‘Retail Disc’ for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and Wii U in May 2013, with the game also being made available digitally for the PS3 and PC at the same time.
